DISPLAY BORDER OF SHEET SIZE?

Hello all
Is there a display border for the Sheet Size similar to "Display Borders" for the views? A border which will adjust when the sheet size is changed & also will be exported as a border to 2d-dwg.

The 'boundary' of the Drawing sheet is ALWAYS displayed (you can NOT turn it off), but it is not included in any sort of export operation.
