I know how to fix a broken display when the body are cutted and you can look inside tke body, a fit operation is fixing the problem.
Is there another way to get more control of this behaviour a default or a setting ?

What you need to do is reduce the so-called 'Fit-Percentage', which is defaulted to 100%. To change this setting, go to...

Preferences -> Visualization -> View Screen

...and at the top of the dialog section titled 'Session Settings' there is a slider which controls the 'Fit Percentage'. Try changing this to something like 75% and see if this helps. BTW, this precentage can be preset use Customer Defaults.
