In the Visualization I want to undisplay a set ( it actually consists of deactivated elements) in a Step and then redisplay it in the following step when visualizing the model
Anyone knows how to do so.

Thanks

You can use Visualization->Menu->Tools->Display Group->Create

Item->Elements
Method->Element Sets
Select the set from the list.
Perform a Boolean on....-> Press Remove
Then save the Display Group with Save As....

Afterwards you can display (i.e. plot) various groups from
Visualization->Menu->Tools->Display Group->Manager

There's a great shortcut to this too - use the model tree (added for Visualization in V6.6). Highlight the set (or the instance, or the material or....) right click and "add", "replace", "remove" etc.

In fact I want the display and undisplay to appear automatically when You do Animate -Time History
I have deactivated set in Step 2 , and this set is activated in Step 3
the Model is being animated the Set disappear (displayed-remove) in Step 2 and reappears in Step 3
How can I do that??
