Displaying Parameters in "File Open"

Hi,
Is it possible to display Parameters such as, "Description" in the "File Open" GUI?
We use only part numbers for file names. It would be nice to see a description beside the all of the part numbers in order to choose the right part - without a printout of our database in front of me.
And we don't have PDM software.
Any suggestions?

You can add another column to your model tree to display the part name. It's under "View, Model tree setup, Column Display" then you can pick from the list of options (model name, id#, etc)
