How Can I Safely Dispose of My leftover naphtha?

if you mean furnace, it is not possible because the quantity of the naphtha is limited about 1000 m3

Flare it or sell it to someone who wants naphtha as a feed!!!

We don't know anything about your company, so you can't expect good answers.
Many things are possible, return to storage, in the cracking furnaces, or like dsb sais: sell it.
