Is there a device made to provide high-side protection of distribution transformers that opens all three phases as opposed to individual fused disconnects that allow the transformer bank to backfeed and single-phase?

It does not appear that the cutouts are load-break, except when used in conjunction with a load-break tool. How do the unfaulted phases break load current if one fuse blows? If the fault involves more than one phase and one fuse blows first, there could be high current in the remaining phases. Are the fuse links physically broken by the action of the interphase link when one fuse blows?

I remember High-Tech fuses developed a triggered fuse that supposedly could be set off when only one in the set saw fault current. I think Nelson Electric may have had a similar idea.
