DMU Space Analysis - Clearance settings

I am running Clash+Contact+Clearance analysis in an assembly in V5R21, the results show that the two components are in "contact", but when I check the distance between the components using Measure command I get gap value of 0.007 mm. Can somebody explain where to change the clearance values, I am unable to change the default 5 mm clearance value in the Clash Analysis dialog.

Try to set the 3D accuracy in tools, options,display, performance as low as possible and give it a try
