Hi friends! Are there essential welding variables for WPS when ECA is required?
Can a qualified WPS with the ECA requirement be used for welding a joint without this ECA requirement?

Yes, provided that the necessary mechanical property restriction and fracture toughness requirements have been met in the pipeline A WPQT.
