do not cut in a section view

this option never works. only overload properties does the job. am i missing something? in assy some hardware checked as do not cut in section view, but drawing doesn't seems to care about that. everything is sectioned in a drawing. is this a bug? i don't really like to run overload properties on every section in a drawing.
