is it required to issue declaration of conformity for motor control panels we manufacture when we export them to EU countries?

if yes, what requirements do we have to fulfill for issuing DoC?

is CE marking is applicable for motor control panels?

is there any other EU directives that we have to fulfill?

Can you test a panel all by itself for EMC? You need the whole assembly don't you?
