Hi,
I am instantiating a document template of a part (with a linked sheet and drawings) into a product. When I create the document template, I am modeling everything on xy plane. However, the instanced parts are all unique and are generally rotated in the product context (ie. based on a rotated plane). The problem I am having is that when I instantiate the document template and the new drawing sheet is created, it rotates all my part drawings. Is there a way to prevent this and maintain orthogonal part drawings?
These are for fabrication so they don't need to know the rotation of the elements. Also, I can send screen shots if it helps.
Thanks,
Rob
