I have the drawing, but don't want to violate Boeings IP. What information do you need to know about this bulb seal?

Just need to know what the width dimesion is supposed to be, from flat side of seal (back side)to edge of outer seal circumference. Trying to determine if a current seal is still acceptable or if it is compressed too much, but I need to know what the original dimension should be.

The drawing shows a nominal dimension of 1.15 with a tolerance of 1.14 to 1.17 inch.
