Hi, I am using simulink/simdriveline to make a longitudinal acceleration and deceleration model of a vehicle. I am not much experienced with matlab or simdriveline so I am editing an already made example called 'sdl_manual_transmission'.

The problem I am having is everytime I change the clutch friction coefficient or power output of the engine, I get an error saying at a certain time the maximum engine RPM has been exceeded. I have tried changing driver inputs and all that does is gives the same error at a different time.

Can anyone help me understand where to start or look to find out what or where the problem is? Thank you.

I'd contact them directly. Given their idiotically shortsighted approach to toolboxes, if we don't pay for them we can't help you.

Cheers

I have posted on the mathworks official question/answer site too but no help there. Not sure what other ways there are to ask them directly
