Hi,
I plan to conduct a dome (shell with thickness 10 cm). I ask about using balloon as internal form for the doom. what are the advantages and disadvantages of this way,the companies which made these ballons, and if this way can give me a internal fair face and any informations can help me.
note: please give me any best ways to conduct a suitable form( the radius of doom may reach 7 m).
thank u.

I strongly suggest that you find a totally different way of forming your dome.

A balloon would deform from its pure inflated shape as soon as you put any unequal loading on it. By the time you had workmen walking on it to place reinforcement and concrete your form shape would be severely distorted.

There would be a high probability of a total collapse of the roof as soon as you deflated the balloon.

The information you seek can be found under "monolithic concrete domes" if you do a search. Austim's warning is good...I worked on a failure of such back a few years ago. There are; however, companies that do these routinely and successfully.
