I'm having trouble finding a supplier of a specialised kind of bolt but I don't even know what the bolt is called so thought I'd try here.

The bolt is designed to tighten by hand as it has a sliding rod which fits in the head of the bolt. The sliding rod is crimped on both ends so it doesn't fall out and so it can be slid to one side of the head for greater leverage. Any one know what these are called, or even better, anyone who supplies them? I prefer stainless but wil take whatever I can get!

Try Reid Supply company, they may not have exactly what your asking for but most likely have a better alternative. I assuming you have a clearence issue that you need the ability to put the handle where you want it and still get some torx by hand. They have several handle that are adjustable that the Sliding Tee bolts your looking for. We use them a lot in our fixture building.
