Double connections (safety connection)

For a standard beam to beam connection (W18 supporting beam, with two W12 supported beams), as per OSHA subpart R, article 1926.756, it is mandatory to provide a safety connection for double connections at columns and/or at beam web over a column.

For our case listed above, we don't have to supply safety connections at the ends of W12 beams since the supporting W18 is not over a column.
