When you apply Symmetry Restraint on the faces lying on the plane of symmetry of a half-symmetric model, then does the symmetry apply only for the model or also for the boundary conditions which are applied to the half-model (such as force, pressure etc.)?

The symmetry restraint applies to the model and not to the other boundary conditions. But since you have a half-model with the symmetry restraint applied, that half will behave as if you had a full model with your boundary conditions applied on both halves. All the symmetry restraint does is prevent the nodes on the selected faces from moving off the plane of symmetry. If you have a full-model and are applying the symmetry restraint in the middle of it, your other boundary conditions will not be copied to the other side.

Applying pressure to a symmetry plane, or a load in the direction of the symmetry, would be useless anyway as the restraints would nullify any loads. Point loads applied at the corner of a symmetry plane, normal to that plane, should be halved by yourself.
