dp pressor sensor for small differential pressures

I need to measure the differential pressure in an air stream. Because the air velocity is pretty low and therefore the Reynold number my anticipated pressure drop will be in the range from 0.1 to 20 Pa. I was searching on the Internet but was not able to find a convincing device. Does anyone know an supplier for transmitters for such small pressure drops?
