We have had Dr.Abe on the same pc for years with relatively few issues that weren't easily fixed. We just recently started having an issue where printing from the result view has become a chore. By that I mean it now takes a good 30-40 sec to load the output report page. At the same time stopped allowing us to selecting multiple nest at the same time to output reports to print. Both of which wouldn't be so bad if we could print the reports reliably. As of now if we have to wait to close the output report screen until we hear the printer start to print otherwise it will never get to the printer. Even that seems to only work sometimes.
It is only the results view of Dr. Abe that has this issue. None of the other programs or even the nest planning screen have these issues.
This is our daily driver and any help on this would be much appreciated. Otherwise I will have to call Amada to help (more than likely have them reinstall or upgrade to a new pc) which is an expense I would like to avoid until necessary.
