Draft PUblic Copy of Next Y14.5 Release

It was mentioned in another post that a public copy of the draft for the next release of Y14.5 is available. Does anyone know where to find this for download?

Thanks CheckerHater. Considering the time span between previous releases, I wasn't expecting anything this soon. But sooner is better. There were several review cycles the last time, so I will pay more attention to the progress of the release.

Has anyone tried to obtain a draft copy (just for a "look-see") after the close of comments? Does anyone have an electronic draft copy that could be e-mailed to me and others?
