Does anyone know where I could find information for drafting OWSJs, particularly what symbols are used and what they mean.

What is the purpose of the drawing? To show illustratively or as a shop type drawing. It depends on the scale. If illustrative, you want to state the elevation is representative only and you want to show the depth and depth of seat (somewhere) and any camber should be stated, not necessarily drawn; also, design loading and material and/or auhorities. The web configuration can be Pratt or Howe or whatever.

If a shop drawing, then you want to show everything to correct scale and dimension plus welding symbols.

I need to produce drawings for installation, I also need to provide BOMs w/details to the joist manufacturer.
I currently am doing deck layout and details for a manufacturing rep. and they would like me to do some of the joist/detail drawings.
