Draftsight 2020 - Hatch Edit Issue

Hi All,
When selecting the hatch edit button on the toobar, the window pops up but the top half is missing.
I have restarted the software and PC, and still having the same issue. I have attached image for reference.
Any help would be great.

Good on you. I haven't gotten draftsight to run in years.
