Draftsight crashes on startup

Hi!

I just installed Draftsight, it worked fine one time but now it crashes on startup.
I have laptop with Windows 7 and HD 4000 graphic card. I tried to delete the appdata/roaming/draftsight file but that didn't help.
What should i do next? Any suggestions?

Maybe check your compatibility settings. Maybe this version isn't compatible with Windows 7. 2016 SP2 has just been released. It supports Win 7, 8 & 10. Sylvia

I had 2016 SP1, i downloaded SP2 and installed it. Now everything seems to be just working fine.
EDIT: When i restarted the program started to crash again.
