Draftsight Layout - Remove page outline/

Hello,

I am curious how to remove the page outline and the "tan" background around it on the Layout Tab. I prefer to have the Model and Layout tabs "appear" the same, with just a solid black background. I have done this before, but had a hard drive crash. Now that I've re-installed, I cannot seem to find the setting for this anywhere. Should have wrote it down.
