Draftsight Professional - Edit Balloon

Hi,

I'm a newbie, so please bear with me..!

I'm trying to add balloons to individual products, but when I try and add the information in (part no. description) the edit box doesn't appear? It was working fin yesterday, but today it's not on the screen...
I've tried googling, but to no avail.
