I am trying to apply Morrisons equation to an elliptical submerged structure and am having difficulty finding relevant drag and lift coefficients. Any ideas what they might be or where I can find out? Thanks

Search Google.com for:

Drag and lift coefficients depend on Re number, Keulegan Carpenter number, roughness and cross sectional geometry.

Drag coeff. may be chosen equal to wind shape coefficient as per CN 30.5. The wind shape coefficients for spherical and parabolical structures may be taken from Classification note No.30.5 (DNV)2000.
