draw section cut

Make sure you have performed the section cut when the deformed shaped is displayed.

Anyone know the exact difference between calculate the forces by cutting with the tool "draw section cut" and "define section cut." Because the "draw", this gives us two values (left and right) and "define" only one value.
 
There's no difference, at one time I investigated this and found no difference. In my case, it was bridge structure very complex. That forum which I mentioned has all details you need, in addition check out CSI link:
Plus, you need to bear in mind CSI better reports the output near the joints. When you define section cuts, you're making an imaginary plane below and above the points of interest. While when you draw section cuts, you don't have much control on orthogonality of the plane and hence program by default gives values on two sides of drawn plane assuming that user has defined an accurate plane.
As rule of thumb, only use draw section cut to swiftly check the pattern of internal loading. For any other purposes, use define section cuts and then export to Excel for plotting.

But i'm modeling with solid elements and i can't get the same values using "Draw section cut" and "Define section cut". i have done a simple example, using only a beam and a slab and with that i can get the same values for the forces. When i try a more complex structure, that dont happen.
Notice that i need to get the forces to beam and slab in separate. Does someone knows ?

I am not sure you mean you need to get forces for beam and slab.
For beam, if you mesh sufficiently you can get forces at very detailed positions by default (no need section cuts), I mean make your meshing size very small to get force output (Moment and etc.) at location of joints. For Slab, you can do similar by defining fine meshes if you're using normal shell elements.
