In NX 12,dimensioning a the radius of a formed part will round up and the flat pattern callout of the bend rounds down the radius. .375 to .38 radius in the formed view and .375 to .37 in the flat pattern. We usually make the radius dimension a reference dimension in the formed view. The inconsistent display creates an issue with the customer despite one being a reference. Is there a way, besides deleting or editing the reference dimension, to have the two dimensions read the same?

I would say this warrants a call to GTAC... There should be no difference in rounding

Dimensions should always round to an even number when the last digit is a 5.
In this case, I would suspect that the bend radius (which doesn't appear in the flat state) is in the system as something less than .375, like .374989. This will cause the 2place value to be .37.

The radius is exactly .375. Its in GTAC's hands. Our tech support for NX (ProLim) tried to figure it out. He duplicated the problem but couldn't find a fix so he sent it to GTAC. They duplicated the problem and are trying to figure it out. Software glitch.
