Drawing Spiral Staircase using Solid Edge ST3

Hi,
I need to draw a vertical storage tank with domed roof on Solid Edge ST3. My main challenge is the drawing of the spiral staircase around the tank. Can anyone please help me out?

Wrong forum buds, try the SolidWorks one. There is such a thing as "tutorial" in the software, I would draw it as a thread helix and add the steps at particular angular intervals.
