DRAWING VIEW CREATION

I am checking a drawing that our design center in India created. It consists of a single view which has been sectioned. it appears to be a section view but there is no parent view listed in the drawing navigator. All geometry in the view is based off of the model. I have checked for view dependent edits, lines and curves, etc. It appears to be a legitimate section view but no partent view exist.
There is no custom view sectioning it either.

I have been using UG for 25 years and have never seen anything like this. I am not even sure if I want to find out how they did it but I will anyway.

I will have them fix it since it is incorrect per drawing standards.

Once again just wondering if anybody would have a clue how it was done.
I have attached the drawing file but was unable to upload the component which is part of the drawing.
