Dresser AWWA Butterfly Valves 1

I am looking for data on an old Dresser "450" series AWWA butterfly valve. Does anyone know who may have bought out this division of Dresser? Or would anyone have any information on this valve?

Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

wouldn't the valve be supplied with a dresser coupling "end" and manufactured by a valve manufacturer, not by dresser? I wasn't aware that dresser manufactured valves.
