Hello Users:

I'm looking to model a drill bit. I have been struggling with the sweep cut so I am not sure how to go about this routine.
If someone could explain the required steps or e-mail me a model, it would be appreciated.

just curious on how you made out...

I have done this type of work before for some of my Demo's were you able to complete the drill bit?

The drill bit that I was looking for was an end mill and that is the model I found on 3dcontentcentral.com. I had to change a couple of dimensions to get what I was looking for.

The key command I was missing was the helix/spiral command.

I'm a happy camper! :-))

Good deal!

happy hunting Regards,
