Ductile Iron Cement Mortar Thickness

Hello

Can anyone please tell me the Cement mortar layer thickness of a 20 inch class 250 DI pipe? Does this layer thickness change with the pipe size?

From manufacturers I know it varies with the pipe size but the mortar layer is 3-6 mm thickness with DN 40 to DN 1200 pipes.
