Can some please let me know what actually is Dusty Emery Paper or Cloth.
The raw information I've is that after certain period of time if Emery paper manufactured in USA is not used, it becomes prohibited for use in USA. This (sort of) expired emery paper is known as Dusty Emery Paper.
