I have made a DXF of 3 lines and and arc closing the boundry of the three lines and using constraints in NX9. I have imported this DXF into Auto Cadd and when I zoom in where the arc meets the two vertical lines there is a break inturn I know this will cause a problem in programing to be cut because of the break in where the lines meet the arc. Does NX9 need the same Grid spacing as the Auto Cadd Settings before making a DXF in NX9 So there will be no breaks visible when I zoom in? please advise.. It Seems anything I create in NX9 and constrained and make a DXF and import into Auto Cadd there will be a break somewhere in the corners or around a radius if needed....

I don't think there is any conversion to another cad format possible without some postfixing needed on geometry...
If the geometry in NX has been constraint properly then it will be in the conversion to dxf. maybe you can check the tolerances in the dxf/dwg translator settings...

The 4 simple pieces of geometry (1) horizontal and two vertical on each end of the horizontal and capped off with a radius with a specific cord length is not connected on each side of the radius where it meets the vertical lines when you zoom in. When sent to make the program for cutting we all know the program will fail. Is this always the case with such easy parts? I would think there would be at the program side of a line clean up of some sort when you import in the geometry. (EXTEND LINES TO THE NEAREST POINT/INTERSECT. By the way the software we use is Jet Cam... I am baffled.
