Hello All,
I am trying to analyse the dynamic (impact) behaviour of a composite tube under axial impact. Relative to this, I want to know the dynamic axial stiffness of the composite tube. I already got the max static and dynamic deflections (0.0007 and 1.687 mm, respectively) of the tube impacted by 20 kg at a drop height of 3m. I also got the static axial stiffness of the tube (445,000 N/mm). Is there a way in which I can get the dynamic axial stiffness from this information? or an available experimental test to get the dynamic stiffness?
Thank you very much and I appreciate your help.
