Dynamic loads calculation for tank shell

I checked API 650 - Appedix P, it seems there is only external static loads included.

I am just wondering, is there any method or standard for calculating dynamic nozzle loads?

For example, in some services, the S.G. and the flow rate of the fluid are very high. I am not sure if I need to consider the dynamic loads to size the tank shell?
