Dynamics to Static Load Conversion

Hi,

I performed some static analysis for fan blade out (FBO) case under ultimate condition in the past but I understand that FBO is actually dynamics analysis. Is there a formula to convert the dynamics load for static analysis or it is just taking the peak force from the explicit dynamics analysis for static analysis? Thank you!
