E-Drill usage on composite panel fasteners

Does anyone have experience or feedback on the use of "E-Drill" to remove blind fasteners on composite structure? The system uses a precision EDM electrode with a built-in water flushing system to prevent heat damage. The EDM cuts the fastener head enought to allow for easy shank removal.
