What is the correct method of earthing a building which has multiple floors and also that contain large vessels,pipework,traywork, conduits and process equipments?

I recommend you retain a qualified design professional to advise you and review your design if you have never designed a grounding system before. The Canadian Electrical Code lists requirements for bonding and grounding, and in the US the National Electrical Code does the same. IEEE Std 142-1991 (IEEE Green Book) is a good reference for grounding and IEEE Std 141-1993 (IEEE Red Book) a good general reference for electrical systems in industrial facilities.
