Edge finding function on Mitsubishi

Hi, we have the Mitsubishi CO2 laser, model 3015 LPV 40CFX. Is there an edge finding function hiding somewhere in the program list?

Try this.

Load the progams into the Mits_Do_Not_Touch or Subprogram Folder.

You'll then need to add the G253AxxBxxIxxJxxTxx line in your program. Read the manual well.

@laserkatana: I found programs 9503 (main), 9504 (sub x) and 9505 (sub y) in sub_program folder. Will the program detect the edge of the sheet and rotate the x-y coordinates so part will be cut inside the sheet in case the edge not align with x-y direction? I run the other laser (Gweike). It has the edge finding function so I can run the function before cutting parts, not worrying about the sheet not in alignment.

Today I tried to test the edge finding function. I inserted these lines before the line M66

#10202=0.2
#10203=0.8
#10204=0.2
#10205=0.25
G253A55.0B48.0I29.0J7.0T1

Where I and J values is the current position of the cutting head.

Because the machine is in inch, not metric so I input the values in inch. The sheet size is 48x55 (y-x)

When I graph it, I got the error P00277 when the macro 9503 running. What did I do incorrectly?
