edit Abaqus file while running the other

Hi

Can I view the results of abaqus file while I am running another file on Abaqus. Can I create new view port and is that effect the file that running already. thanks

- There is a specfic Abaqus board in this forum
- With a regular license, the Pre-/Postprocessing (A/CAE) is independent of the solver process
- You can create as many viewports as you want in A/CAE
- You can open as many odbs at the same time as you want and show the results on the viewports you have
- You could even open the odb of the analysis that is currently running and look at the already existing results
- You can synchronize many actions between the viewports (model movement, e.g.)
