Editing expression values using formulas in NX7

Hello,

We have jumped to NX7 for a two months, and there I find annoying thing with editing expression values. In NX4 if I draw a circle (not in skteching) with radius lets say 25mm. Then I decide to change it a little, so I double-click this circle, and in radius box enter 25+0.5. So the radius became 25.5, and this value immediatly became an expression (see attached picture: radius dialog is greyed-out). So next time I decide to edit this value, I again double click this circle, and I must press f(x) button to jump to expressions editor (see picture). And there I can see this radius value as formula, i.e. 25+0.5 (so I can see initial value (25), and correction (+0.5) - it is very handy).
Now in NX7 I cannot work this way, because NX7 calculates value, and I cannot see innitial value and correction in expression editor - only result (see attached). So it is difficult to understand in some cases the correction was added or not.
Is there any setting (maybe in customer defaults), which will force NX7 not to show calculated result, but formula, like in NX4.

Thanks.

What is shown in the Expression editor for the radius value?
The dialog for editing the radius is showing the final radius, which I would expect. In the expression editor, you should see the p# with your inital value plus the correction value.
p#=25+.5=25.5
In your picture, you show the arc dialog and expression editor for NX4, but 2 arc dialog images for NX7.

Yes, in nx4 after editing arc radius value from 25 to 25+0.5, you automaticaly "lock" this value as formula, and you are able to edit it only in expresion editor (there you can see 25+0.5, but not 25.5)
in nx7 after making same changes you get only the final result 25.5, but not as formula (like in nx4).

What if....you edit the value in the expression editor and create an expression, 25+.5?
I do not have NX to play with here.

And here both zipped nx7 and nx4 prt files.
if you look at the nx4 expressions you will see 50+0.5 as formula, and in nx7 you will see only 50.5. How to make 50+0.5 in nx7?
of course, you can create new expression C=0.5, and then make 50+C, but much more simpler is nx4 behaviour.

there is no difference where you make changes: both in expression editor and in arc dialog box displays only final result (in nx7), after pressing ok, or making changes.

This was a bug in NX 7.0 but it has been fixed in NX 7.5.

And NO, this fix will NOT be back-ported to NX 7.0 as there are no more MR's being planned for NX 7.0 and this issue does not meet the criteria for inclusion in any future NX 7.0 MP's.
