If your input spectrum is in one axis only then you will get mass participation for that axis only which is I believe what you are after. If you are applying multiple axial inputs at the same time then no you cannot achieve them separately. Also this is assuming you are applying your input as base excitation. Creo will not output mass participation factors with load functions. Select mass participation factors on the output tab and the results will show effective mass at each modal frequency included in the analysis.
