Hi, I need to find papers or web pages related with effluent treatment, information such as Treatment theory, SBR, DBO, unitary operations, interpretation of water analysis for waste water. philosophy of plant operator and wastewater laboratory.

im beginning a new job related with this, and my experience is only about water treatment (Boilers, cooling towers and close loop systems)
