local non-profit wants conduit run from panel around room which is concrete wall for eight refrigerator or freezers.
there is room for eight circuits in panel.
conduit size. 1 inch at first then 3/4?
breakers 15 amp?
IS one ground throughout exceptable?
or will I need to pull 24 wires, dropping six at each receptacle?
oH, I did not say, they are in straight line So I was thinking two circuits, two units in each box.
Or one ground, two hot, two common each box.

OK I'll stop guessing. What should I do?

Call the local electrician.
That said:
1 ground three neutrals and 6 hots. There are more than 3 conductors in a raceway so derating will require #12 AWG conductors for the hots and neutrals.
Run another conduit for the other two circuits. Otherwise the derating gets onerous.
