Elastic Settlement Questions

Im comparing elastic settlements of a 2'x2' shallow foundation on a medium dense sand with a unit weight of 109 lb/ft^3 and no groundwater within the 20' boring test; The three methods I'm using include Mayne and Poulos, Meyerhof, and Schmertmann... My issue is that I'm having a difficult time getting the "k" value, the Eo and Ef values for the Meyerhof Eq. Can anyone help me or direct me to a site that may have standard values based on my criteria ?

MCE- With a small footing on medium dense granular soils, settlement is not much of a concern. Have your tried the simplified NAVFAC method?
