Electrical Routing - Components missing from formboard

Quick question, I have a customer who is struggling to get components to show in a formboard drawing, we soon realised he needed to sub-divide the spline paths at a clamps RCP in order for it to be included in the formboard, but there are some connectors that are also not showing in the formboard and we are at a loss as to why they are not showing? Any ideas? Many thanks in advance.
