Electrician Apprentice opportunities?

I have a friend who’s graduating BTI also known as Berks technical institute at the end of November and he is in the electrical program and has a GPA of 4.0. Does anyone know of any good electrical apprenticeship opportunities in the Lancaster/Ephrata PA area where he can apply?

Try IBEW Local 743, 796 New Holland Ave, Lancaster, PA, but I don't know if they will give much credit for the previous training, however it may help in getting selected as a new apprentice.

IBEW policies for accepting apprentices are decided locally.
If your friend is rejected locally, he may try IBEW locals in other cities.
