electrodynamic force calculation

I would like to calculate the electrodynamic force applied to a set of contacts in a vacuum interrupter when a 60kA 1/2 cycle current carry is applied. thanks

Recommended for you

If the contacts are aligned along the same axis (common in vacuum contactors), then the forces are zero. For other geometries, a detailed description is necessary.
